Hi wondering what a difference would be for me using either of these in my gas?

Berryman B-12 CHEMTOOL FUEL INJECTOR CLEANER FOR TRUCKS & SUVS (part #0121) is the larger size of our standard 0116 gas additive. It is a solvent-based product designed to clean fuel injectors, carburetors, and intake valves. By contrast, part #0316 contains detergents to provide deeper cleaning of those same components. 0316 also stabilizes gasoline, contains upper cylinder lubricants for improved fuel economy, and has excellent water-handling characteristics.
