have a 2003 ford ranger 3.o flex fuel is this the correct product for through the rail Schraeder port connector with a pressure canister delivery system? Is it safe for FLEX FUEL systems?

Yes, and yes! Berryman B-12 CHEMTOOL THRU-RAIL FUEL INJECTOR CLEANER (part #1126) is designed to be poured into an empty canister, pressurized with compressed air, and introduced directly into the fuel rail via the Schrader valve. It is completely safe for all gasoline and Flex Fuel vehicles.
