Just bought THE TOTAL TUNE-UP with hose, not sure which line to use on manifold or is other vac line preferred. Any directions appreciated thanks for your time.

Applying our combustion chamber cleaner by way of either the PCV valve(s) or the brake booster is recommended. On your vehicle, the PCV valves might be trickier to get to than the brake booster because of the engine cover. In this case, we suggest using the brake booster, which is located on the driver’s side between the white plastic brake fluid reservoir and the firewall.
Remove the large, black hose in the front of the brake booster near the 11 o’clock position. Then, if necessary, use the supplied hose(s) to securely fit the red, “cone-shaped” multistep adapter inside the brake booster hose. Shake the can to ensure homogeneity and put the smaller end of the hose assembly into the product. Once you start the truck, the cleaner will automatically be drawn into the combustion chambers. After all the product has been consumed—it generally takes less than 5 minutes to empty the can—put the brake booster hose back on drive the truck around the block a time or two in order to complete the cleaning process.
