Yes, Berryman Intake Valve & Combustion Chamber Cleaner (part #2611) is compatible with fuel-injected motorcycles as long as you have a suitable access point.  If you can go in at the throttle body, that is ideal.  Otherwise, any vacuum line that feeds the entire set of cylinders will work.
