Thru no fault of its own is there a possibility that the 3 Step Combustion cleaner could cause more oil to make its way into the combustion chamber, on a HIGH mileage engine (200k)?

Step 2 is the combustion chamber cleaner; Step 3 is the fuel system cleaner. Neither product should affect oil consumption. If the vehicle had substantial intake valve deposits, it’s possible that either product could give the appearance of burning oil while the deposits are washed off the valves into the combustion chambers. If that is the case, then the smoking will cease once either the valves are clean or the vehicle is filled up with fresh gas.
