Can this be used to clean both the MAF Sensor and the Throttle Body? Thanks.

No, throttle body cleaners are not suitable for use on MAF sensors as they are too delicate.  Instead, MAF sensors require a specialized cleaner like Berryman Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner (part #2211).
