I'm cleaning fuel injectors using B12 and I'd like to run it through the injector using a 1/2" ID hose connected to a plastic sports drink squeeze bottle. The question is, will B12 destroy the plastic in either the bottle or the hose? I know the stuff takes off paint.

It all depends on the types of materials. For the hose, the safest bet is to use fuel line, but polyethylene and polypropylene (among others) will also work on a short-term basis. As for a container, glass is actually the best bet, but HDPE and PP will work, too. Definitely avoid polycarbonate, polymethylpentene, and polyvinylchloride.
