How I can choose the best from the variety of additives parts? B12 total or B60?
My car is modified subaru sti 2015 with 70,000km, and I have rough idle

Your vehicle has not quite reached the high mileage threshold of 60,000miles (approx. 96,000km), so you should start with a can of B-12 Chemtool Fuel Injector (part #0116). This should resolve your rough idle. To continue maintenance, you would add a can every third tankful.
Once you reach 96,000km, we recommend a can of B-60 High Mileage Fuel System Rejuvenator every 6000-9000km, while continuing to add the B-12 every third tankful.
