I cant read the instrucions because the type is to small
Do I spray the outside of the belt?

DIRECTIONS: Protect sensitive surfaces and components. Avoid overspray on pulleys and bearings. Hold can upright. With motor running, spray inner surface of belt. Use extension tube for hard to reach areas. Reapply as necessary.
