To apply Berryman Tire Seal-R, deflate the tire if still pressurized. Use the removal tool portion of the bright green cap to take out the valve core. Pull out the retractable fill tube a few inches until there is moderate resistance. Push the fill tube over the valve stem and squeeze in the prescribed amount. Then use the tool portion of the cap to put the valve back in, air the tire up, and you're ready to go.
