We generally do not recommend Tire Seal-R for highway use due to the possibility of exacerbating imbalanced wheels. That said, in a properly balanced tire Tire Seal-R can generally be used without issue. Please be aware, though, that if a wheel weight gets knocked off or the tire needs to be rebalanced for any reason, the Tire Seal-R will need to be removed before the wheel can be properly balanced.
