THE VEHICLE SAT FOR THE LAST 15 YEARS 1957 WILLYS L HEAD L134 4CYL I BELEIVE I HAV STUCK RINGS AS THE COMPRESSION IS 5 - 10 PSI ON THREE CYL AND 30 PSI ON NUMBER 2. IF I USE B12 MIXED WITH KERSONE OR ATF FLUID AND POUR DOWN THE SPARK PLUG HOLES AN LET IT SIT FOR A FEW DAYS.

If you want to perform a piston/cylinder soak, then B-12 Chemtool part #0116 is absolutely the right product. However, use the product as supplied, not cut back with Kerosene or ATF Fluid.
