My mower sat so now it won’t stay running after it starts with starter fluid. It’s a 3.5 hp motor. Can I put this in the fuel to possibly clean up the system?

Yes, you can use the Berryman B-12 Chemtool Fuel Injector Cleaner (Part #0116) in your lawn mower at a ratio of 1oz per gallon of fuel.
