The short answer is “no, it cannot be used too often”  Berryman B-12 Chemtool Fuel Injector Cleaner (part #0116) is compatible with all materials of construction in modern fuel systems.  While the recommended dosage is 1 can every third fill-up, you could safely use the product every fill up if you desire.
