Can you tell me the proper way to use to Pass Emissions chemical? Guaranteed?

Add one bottle of part #0212, Emissions Pass Protection to up to 35 gallons of gasoline. Fill tank to ensure proper mixing. Consume entire tankful to thoroughly clean system, then refill tank with gasoline (preferably premium) before emissions test is performed.
