Our Chem-Dip in the 1-gallon paint can (part #0996) is readily water-rinsable. Our professional series Chem-Dip in the 5-gallon can (part #0905) is only sparingly water-soluble and may take longer to rinse off; however, the bulk of the bottom (active) layer is composed of fast-evaporating solvents, so there should quickly be fairly little to need to rinse off, especially if the part is allowed to drain for any length of time.
