My can of carb cleaner (Berryman Chemtool) sprang a leak. Can it be kept in a clean plastic chlorine bucket. The liquid only??

Generally, Berryman B-12 Chemtool formulas—there are several different varieties with the B-12 Chemtool name—are too strong to be held in most plastics for any length of time. If you have a glass bottle or jar that seals well, that would be the best bet. Otherwise, look for a plastic made of PP or HDPE. PET might be OK temporarily, depending on the formula. Do not try to use PVC, acrylic, or PMP. Whatever you decide to use, please be sure to properly label it the container.
