can I use any of your products to clean the burned on carbon from a waffle iron aluminum griddle?

We do not have experience with this particular application, but if it’s truly just burned-on carbon, i.e. there’s no “food residue” still, then you can probably use one of the B-12 Chemtool family of products, such part #0116 and part #0117.
