What would be the ideal vacuum connection to run the oumbustion cleaner through on a Nissan 370Z. These cars have twin intakes and 2 PCV valves, one on each valve cover, that run into separate fittings on the intake plenum. Should I just use 2 cans?

Yes, because those cars have two separate intakes, your best bet would be to run one can of Berryman B-12 CHEMTOOL TOTAL COMBUSTION CLEANING KIT (part #2610) through each PCV valve.
