Does Berryman B-12 work better at removing carbon if it is warmed or heated to 120 to 150 degrees and then poured directly into the cylinder?

If you were able to heat it AFTER you put it in the ambient-temperature cylinder with the spark plug threaded on, then yes, it would be more effective. However, even 120°F is too close to the boiling point of acetone (133°F) and methanol (149°F). In order to avoid evaporative losses, it's recommended to do the soak at whatever the outside temperature is with the "sweet spot" being above about 70°F as B-12 Chemtool Fuel Injector Cleaner (part #0116) will still clean; it'll just take a bit longer.
