I was spray cleaning my car with Turtle Wash & Wax. I inadvertently sprayed the plastic components under the hood and now everything is discolored with a white haze that I cannot remove. Please help.

Your best bet is probably going to be a hydrocarbon-based product that isn't overly aggressive. Try Berryman MAF Sensor & Electronic Cleaner (part #2206). Good luck!
