2001 Ford Focus 190k and on occasion I have used Lucas with Seafoam but based on reviews I understand Berryman is better. What is recommended, Total Clean, Injector Clean, High Mileage Clean, or the the 0116/0117 product? I want to mainly add something once a qtr or about twice a year.

Your scenario is exactly the reason we developed part #7516. It is intended for vehicles exceeding 60,000 miles and will thoroughly clean your fuel injectors, intake valves, and combustion chambers. Ideally, you would follow up that treatment with part #0116 about every third tank. However, if your vehicle isn't showing symptoms, such as hard starting, rough idle, or sluggish acceleration, than you can probably just repeat the 7516 every 10-15,000 miles.
