First of all I am a huge fan of your tire sealer and have used it on several off road vehicles, the latest being a new UTV. I purchased a gallon jug from O'Reilly auto parts. Installation of the sealer has always been quick and simple. Not this time. Either your quality control screwed up or else the design leaves much to be desired. There were two problems. First of all the pump mechanism was put together improperly. As it was delivered the pump would not function at all. After trying to diagnose the issue for quite some time I stumbled upon a small plastic piece at the bottom of the pump tube that had four small "fingers" on it. Turns out this had been installed upside down. I thought my issue were over as the pump was now working.
The clear plastic tube that goes from the pump to the valve stem did not come connected to the pump. I tried for over an hour to figure out how to connect the two and there was just no way and of course there were no instructions. I ended up making a 1/2" cut into the tube in order to enlarge it enough that I could force it over the end of the pump nozzle with a lot of force and difficulty. While it sort of worked it made filling the four tires cumbersome.
I have since looked at pictures and videos of the gallon jug and the pump nozzle looks nothing like the one that came on my jug. I don't know if this is a new design or some type of mistake but I want to tell you I was VERY disappointed with my purchase and as I didn't find any local dealers I'm not sure I can convince myself to purchase your product again. I certainly will not order it thru the internet and will only purchase once I can inspect the pump mechanism and feel confident it will work.
For such a fine product you have made for so long this was just not acceptable and I hope this feedback will help you solve a problem that in my opinion is going to hurt your brand and your future sales.

Thank you for your loyalty, and we apologize for the issues you had with your recent purchase of our Tire Sealer.
We do appreciate you for calling our attention to this...we do not assemble the pumps in-house but will be following up with our supplier to see if there was a recent change on their end. As far at the second issue, it sounds like you were missing the plastic piece that goes on the nozzle of the pump. This could have happened on our end, but also after arriving at the retailer. We would be happy so send you a replacement for the pump assembly if that would help. Please write in using the Contact Us form under the MORE menu item if you would like further assistance.
Thanks!
