I have a new Buick Lacrosse 2012 with 3000 miles on it. Is it practical to start the BMB12 program now as preventive maintenance? If yes, with what regularity?

It’s never too soon to implement a B-12 Chemtool Fuel Treatment (part #0116) regimen! Starting the first time you drive the vehicle, deposits begin forming in fuel injectors, on intake valves, and inside your combustion chambers. The sooner you can combat that, the cleaner your engine will be.
With normal driving habits, i.e. a mix of both start-and-stop traffic and highway driving, we recommend that you use B-12 Chemtool Fuel Treatment at 1 oz/gal every third tank full. We also recommend that you do a “deep cleaning” a 2-3 times a year using B-12 Chemtool Total Fuel System Clean-Up (part #2616). Together, these two products will keep your engine exceptionally clean and maximize performance and fuel economy.
