Hi,
Is Berryman Chem dip really safe for plastic parts? My small outboard carb has plastic parts that cannot be easily removed. The instructions on the can advise to remove all plastic parts before dipping yet the advertisement for the product says it is safe for plastics. So which is it?

Hi
No need to answer-scrolled down and found similar question with answer. Product #0996 in one gallon can is safe (per manufacaturer) for most plastics. Dip at 30 minute intervals- 4 hrs max. I will check plastic parts carefully at intervals and not exceed 4 hrs.
