We generally wouldn't recommend cleaning a purge valve with Berryman B-12 Chemtool Carburetor, Choke & Throttle Body Cleaner (part #0117), but if it's already bad, it's worth a shot. As for the MAF sensor, that should not be cleaned with carburetor cleaner but rather with a specialized product like Berryman Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner (part #2211).
