Well...the instructions says to rinse it off with water.....However, I don't know if I should to pour water inside the carburetor. I'm thinking preferable gasoline but water inside the carburetor looks like it may give me problems afterwards. please advise.

The carburetor should be rinsed off with water to make sure there are no water-soluble contaminants left behind. It can then be sprayed down with Berryman B-12 Chemtool Carburetor, Choke & Throttle Body Cleaner (part #s 0117/0117C) or blown dry with compressed air.
