how can I get your cleaner into the carb? I've dumped a can into the tank, but doesn't seem to have gotten into the carb. (WON"T start)

Have you tried Berryman B-12 Chemtool Carburetor, Choke & Throttle Body Cleaner aerosol? It's great at removing gum, varnish, and other fuel residues and even doubles as a gasoline starting fluid.
