I've used your Seal-R #1301 on the farm for years and recently ran over a piece of metal that put about a 3/8 to 1/2 inch cut in the tire. The sealant didn't stop the leak so I'm having to put in a patch. How do I go about that?

Seal-R is less certain to seal cuts, especially of that size. While the tire is dismounted, scrub the fluid out with a small amount of laundry detergent mixed in warm water using a scrub brush. Make sure all fluid and any film residue is removed. Ideally, a day or two in the sunshine, occasionally turning the tire to air out before patching, is best. Otherwise, dry out thoroughly with compressed air.
