I've seen lots of piston soaking videos on Youtube with people usuing your other product Berryman B-12by just pouring it in through the spark plug hole and let it set for 8 up to 24 hours and it was impressed the results. I wonder if I could have either the same or even better results using this Chem-Dip Carb and parts cleaner?

No, Chem-Dip is not the right product for this application. It is too aggressive to be poured directly in. The product is intended for dipping in limited soak times.
