I bought the B-12 Chemtool: Carburetor Choke & Throttle Body Cleaner.  I want to know if I am suppose to pour the whole can into the chamber?

Here are the usage directions: Carefully pour entire contents into gas tank to treat up to 21 gallons of gasoline. For marine engines and vehicles or equipment that hold less than 15 gallons of gas, add at rate of 1 oz. per gallon of gas.
