I noticed there is a B12 fuel injector cleaner and another B12 carb and throttle body cleaner in aerosol. Will the carb choke and throttle body cleaner damage my fuel injectors?

No....in fact Berryman B-12 Chemtool Carburetor, Choke & Throttle Body Cleaners (part #0117, #0117C, #0120, and #0120C), will quickly dissolve gum, varnish, and other fuel-related deposits from the outside of fuel injectors.
