I used Chem dip to soak my carburetors and having problems removing the solution some dried on one

This is a very uncommon problem, but your best bet is to soak the carbs in hot, soapy water for several minutes and then rinse with hot, clean water. Afterwards, consider blowing out small ports and crevices with a little compressed air just to be sure they remain clear.
