Looking over the contents of the Chem-Dip can would imply to me that standard latex kitchen gloves would dissolve in this mix. Would 3M tekk protection "Nitrile Solvent Resistant Gloves" be appropriate to use?

Yes, those should be suitable. We recommend using chemical-resistant gloves made of EVAL, neoprene, nitrile/Buna-N, or Viton.
