When using Berryman Intake Valve & Combustion Chamber Cleaner (part #2611), there is no need to race the engine.  Just let the vehicle idle, and the cleaner will do the rest.  As for the engine oil, if your rings are in good shape, you should not need to do a change.  Alternatively, you could wait to apply the 2611 until you need to change the oil, but again, that should not be necessary if the rings are good.
