Should I change the oil and sparkplugs when I use B-12 or will it be fine until my next oil change? Also, can I use it like Seafoam like put a third in the crank case third sucked threw vacuum lines and a third in gas tank?

We offer numerous “B-12” products. If you’re referring to our B-12 Chemtool Fuel Treatment (part #0116), then no, you should not need to perform any extra maintenance if you’re using it as a fuel additive. It is most commonly used in the gas tank at 1 oz/gal or in the crankcase at 1½ oz per quart of oil capacity immediately before an oil change.
However, please note that #0116 is not like Seafoam’s Motor Treatment. Instead, the product that is most similar is our versatile B-12 Motor Tune-Up (part #0316), which has similar ingredients but greater detergency. For superior top cylinder cleaning, also consider our B-12 Chemtool Total Combustion Cleaning Kit (part #2610), which includes a convenient hose adapter kit.
