Can i run this threw my fuel injected snowmobile?

Yes, assuming you are referring to Berryman® B-12 Chemtool® Carburetor, Fuel System and Injector Cleaner (part #0116). This product is safe for all gasoline powered engines. The recommended treatment ratio is 1 oz. per gallon of fuel.
