How strong is B12 at dissolving? can i use it to fill a funnel so i don't hurt my paint or is it so strong that that's why its needs a metal can and will dissolve plastics? I rubbed some on my funnel just to see if its melted and it looks good but wanted your opinion.

Generally speaking, funnels are made of fairly chemical-resistant plastics like HDPE. Because of the short contact time that B-12 would have with the funnel, your “rub test” should be adequate to make such a determination. If you gave a funnel a few good rubs with B-12 and there was no effect, then you should be able to use it without incident.

Cool Thats what i was hoping. The paint risk is obvious for the solvents and the line for some paints and platics to dissolve is a chemical science and pouring a solution of dissolved plastic would sure be a problem. Thanks
