My 1998 Suburban leaked coolant into intake valley along with supercharger and regular synthetic motor oil. My mechanic and I are looking for the right product to flush all the sludge out that will not harm the engine seals or bearing surfaces. I have always had great results with Berrymans products, but unsure as to which one to use in this particular situation.

If I understand your problem, you’re trying to clean up coolant, motor oil, and sludge—all presumably without water in order to avoid rusting. That’s quite a challenge. For coolant, you’ll have to be careful not to cause precipitation of the salts. A low-molecular weight alcohol like methanol or ethanol should work. You might buy a cheap bottle Everclear for that part of it. The Splash of water will prevent “shocking” the salts.
The motor oil and sludge can be flushed with Berryman B-12 Chemtool Carburetor, Choke & Throttle Body Cleaner (part #s 0110, 0117 & 0120) or, if you want a pourable product, B-12 Chemtool Fuel System Cleaner (part #0116). Both products will soluble the oil and dissolve the sludge. Both products are safe on seals for the period of time it would take to do the job.
If the coolant, motor oil, and sludge are all mixed up, you’ll probably need to perform multiple rinses. Start with polar solvent (the alcohol) to take care of the coolant and its salts. Then switch to the 0116/0117 after that. You’ll probably need at least two rinses of each. Good luck!
