Have a vintage Tillotson Husqvarna chain saw carb. Is your carb cleaner solution safe to use on this?

We have two different Chem-Dip formulas, part #0905 and part #0996. 0905 is our 5-gallon professional-grade product and probably overkill for your application unless you’re doing this type of work regularly. Instead, for a carburetor that size, we would typically recommend 0996, which is our consumer-geared offering. That product is ¾ of a gallon in a 1-gallon paint can and includes a dip basket. While 0996 is safe on all metals, alloys of aluminum, zinc, and pot metal should not be soaked more than 4 hours aggregate.
We recommend using a carburetor cleaner aerosol such as B-12 Chemtool Carburetor, Choke & Throttle Body Cleaner (part #0117) to remove gross contamination from the outside and then soaking the carb for 30-60 minutes at a time. After the carburetor is clean, it can be rinsed off with warm water and blown dry with compressed air or left to air dry
