Is this particular product (B12 Chemtool Total Fuel System Cleanup) safe in a 40 year old, 150 horsepower, Evinrude 2 cycle marine engine?  I've seen similar questions on other products, but haven't seen a related question on this specific product.

Yes, Berryman Total Fuel System Cleanue (part #2616) is safe in all gasoline powered engines at the recommended treatment ratio of 1 oz per gallon of fuel.
