One can of B-12 Chemtool says use one can for 21 gallons of fuel. My F150 holds 30 gallons so should I use two 15 oz cans of #2616 to properly clean my fuel system in this truck?

If your truck is high-mileage or used for heavy-duty applications, then yes, you should use two cans and completely fill the tank with gasoline. If your truck is low-mileage or is just used for light-duty applications, then use one can and put in 15-20 gallons of gas.
