I have been cautioned in using or directed that I should not use Berryman Chemtool B-12 Carburetor cleaner as it will damage the plastic and rubber components of my carburetors. I did not see anything on the can that says not to use it to spray into the carbs as it would damage the internal and external components of my carburetion system. I followed the directions on the can, spraying into the carb throat in 2 second bursts on fast idle, actually I would run up the RPM during this cleaning. Will I damage my carbs seals, o-rings and seating rubber connecting tubes/sleeves?

No, you will not damage automotive seals, o-rings, etc. with Berryman B-12 Chemtool Carburetor, Choke & Throttle Body Cleaner (part #s 0117/0117C). While these products can be aggressive toward some plastic and rubber compounds, they have a very long history of safely and effectively cleaning gum and varnish from carburetors and like components. Just be careful not to get any overspray on paint. Good luck!
