I have an old boat with the gas a nice orange color after putting in ethanol fuel. It also looks like it has started to gel. How long do you think it will take for the fuel system cleaner to eat away the varnish and other gunk? I want to give it enough time to work before I remove the old fuel and debris.

Berryman B-12 Chemtool Fuel System Cleaner (part #s 0116 & 0101) is very fast-acting on gum, varnish, and other fuel residues. For best results, though, the old gasoline should be removed first and the B-12 Chemtool should be allowed to soak 15-30 minutes for maximum cleaning. A follow-up soaking may be required if the degradation of the fuel was severe.
