On a 5 gallon pail of chem-dip cleaner should & how much water would be added to chemical? I was told this water will float on top and seal off chemical so that it won't evaporate. Is this true or just a myth? Thanks

Per federal government requirements, Berryman Chem-Dip Carburetor & Parts Cleaner (part #0905) is supplied as a biphasic (two-layer) product that consists of an active organic layer on bottom and an aqueous “chemical seal” and corrosion inhibitor on top.
