what is the best way for carb and choke cleaner to be used?  Can I spray in the fuel inlet of carburetor?

Spraying Berryman B-12 Chemtool Carburetor, Choke & Throttle Body Cleaner (part #0117) directly into the carb is the easiest way to clean it.  However, you may still need to remove the metering blocks and spray those out along with any of the narrow passageways.
