I have a gas powered welder that has a plastic gas tank. Which product is best to remove the crudd and goo in the bottom of the tank, but safe to use on plastic ?

If the “goo” is fuel residue of some sort—gum, varnish, etc.—then B-12 Chemtool Fuel Treatment (part #0116) will be very effective at dissolving at cleaning the tank out. That product is also compatible with plastic gas tanks, too, so if you have any left over after you’ve finished cleaning, then you can add it to the next tank of gas.
