B-12 Chemtool #0116 was one of the best products I ever used to free sticky valves in my automatic transmission for smoother shifting and to flush badly varnished transmissions. Why is this application no longer on the label?

Transmission technology has advanced significantly over the last decade or so. The fluid has additives that dramatically cut the amount of contaminants and residue build up in the transmission. The use of B-12 Chemtool for cleaning transmissions should only be done by knowledgeable professionals with the proper equipment to conduct such a service.
